Bus depot and commercial premises planned for Rotkreuz
In order to efficiently accommodate future passenger volumes in the Ennetsee region, the ZVB is planning to build a bus depot in Rotkreuz, with office and commercial space above it.
The Ennetsee region is growing, and demand for transport is increasing accordingly. To accommodate this growth and expand public transport services, the ZVB requires additional bus parking spaces in this region.
To this end, the ZVB is planning to build a modern bus depot for electric buses on its own site at Riedstrasse 22 in Rotkreuz, including rest areas and changing rooms for driving staff.
Above the bus depot, four storeys, each measuring around 1'200 m2, will be built for let as office and commercial space.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2028, with the facility due to come into operation in 2030.
Rental space from 2030
Modern office and commercial spaces, each measuring 1,200 m², will be developed on the top four floors. These spaces are expected to be available for rent starting in 2030. Interested parties should contact Gebr. Oswald AG ZUG directly, as they will be handling the leasing.
