We don't need your letter of motivation, but we would be delighted if you would take the time to answer our questions - your motivation is important to us, as are your complete application documents. We only consider applications via our homepage. Paper applications will not be returned and will be destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations

Preselection

We will then check your application documents. If you fulfil the requirements, we will contact you by phone to get to know you. If both parties are still interested, we will forward your candidature to the Driving Service management team.

Interview

Were you able to arouse the interest of our driving service management team with your application? Then we will invite you to a personal interview on site. This interview will last around two hours and one person from our Driving Services management team and one from HR will be present.

Suitability assessment

If both parties still have the goal of working together professionally, the next step is to invite you to an aptitude assessment. This includes an aptitude test, which checks your ability to concentrate or react, for example. You will also be given a test drive on our bus accompanied by a trainer.

Administrative

Have you successfully completed the aptitude test? We need some documents from you so that we can process your application. See below.

We are delighted that you are joining us! We will inform you verbally and in writing of our acceptance and the possible start date, as well as when you can expect to receive your employment contract.
