New bus depot being planned
Together with Zugerland Verkehrsbetriebe AG, the Ländli Foundation is planning the Ländli Park project on part of its site in Oberägeri.
In Oberägeri, the Ländli Foundation is planning to build 108 flats in the affordable segment. The project also integrates the future ZVB bus depot, which is currently located in the village centre at the Oberägeri bus stop. The relocation to the edge of the village will free up important space for the further development of the village centre.
The architectural competition for the Ländli Park construction project has been completed and the winning project was presented to the public on 5 April 2025. The development plan is expected to be decided at the end of 2026 and the construction project will then be drawn up (building permit).
