Your tasks
As a retail specialist, you will procure vehicle-specific spare parts and accessories for our customers in a timely manner. You will independently monitor the goods procurement and management process, returns and warranty cases. You will help to design sales promotions and arrange additional services.

Your tasks
As an automotive mechatronics technician, you will gain an insight into our workshop and lend a hand wherever in-depth specialist knowledge of engines, drives, chassis, electrics and electronics of commercial vehicles of all kinds is required.
- You will carry out simple diagnostic work to detect faults and malfunctions in modern vehicle electronics.
- You will carry out complex repairs on all types of commercial vehicles.
- You will advise our customers and know the customer service processes.
- You will work with modern measuring and diagnostic equipment and familiarise yourself with new commercial vehicle technologies.

As a prospective public transport specialist, you will gain a comprehensive insight behind the scenes of passenger transport and make a significant contribution to the reliable operation of public transport during your apprenticeship.
