Zugerland Verkehrsbetriebe AG (ZVB) would like to work with a long-term partner as the building lease holder for the vacant site area of around 9,000^m2. The aim is to sustainably develop and responsibly operate the northern construction site with flats and service areas totalling around 25,000^m2.
