Bicycle ticket

If you would like to travel with your bicycle by bus or train, you need a bicycle ticket (additionally to your regular ticket). The fare for the ticket is calculated based on the number of zone segments you pass. It is valid for the transport companies of the Zug Tariff Association (ZVB Zugerland Verkehrsbetreibe AG, SBB Schweizerische Bundesbahnen, Zugerberg Bahn and Postauto AG) within the canton of Zug. The boat operating companies on the lakes of Zug and Aegeri are not part of the Zug Tariff Association.

Groups

Groups with more than 5 bicycles are kindly asked to book one day in advance. We have special bike trailers to ensure there is enough space. Tel. 041 728 58 00.

Transport / Liability

Due to space restrictions, we cannot guarantee the carriage of bicycles. If there is a lack of space, the driver will decide upon transportation of your bike. The transport companies ZVB, ZBB, SGZ and AeS are disclaiming any liability for transport damages.
